The safety and the wellbeing of consumers is the over-riding priority for the industry. In order to promote best practices in the industry and to help increase awareness about the safe use of their products, A.I.S.E. members have developed product stewardship programmes (PSPs):
The programmes build on a series of voluntary initiatives already undertaken by A.I.S.E. in the domain of safety assessment and sustainability and are open to any companies placing those products on the European market.
