Consumer engagement
Today A.I.S.E. publishes the results of its latest consumer habits survey which tracks sustainability and washing habits of households across Europe. The objective is to map consumers understanding and expectations linked to sustainability in general, but also to understand washing habits and their evolution, focusing on laundry and dishwashing practices.

The four page infographic (available here) summarises the key findings of the survey which was conducted between Oct-Nov 2014 and covers 23 European countries with approximately 200 respondents per country, 4,741 in total. The survey takes place every three years with the help of research firm Insites Consulting.
