A.I.S.E. has a seat at the table of the High Level Round Table on the Chemicals Strategy for Sustainability - this industry shares the goals of the Chemicals Strategy to prioritise the protection of human health and the environment, as laid out in our detailed comments to the CSS Roadmap in June 2020. Cleaning products and disinfectants are essential for our health, and a strong and innovative future for the industry is crucial for Europe's economy.
Today's first meeting is an opportunity for building real partnerships with industry and all stakeholders. We reinforce the need for a sound process and realistic deadlines, essential for business to implement changes to key chemicals legislation. A.I.S.E. will be represented by Heather Barker, A.I.S.E. Vice President.
